The real world intruded today in St. Lucia, beginning at 02:00 in the morning for a video conference call and after that I couldn’t get back to sleep. It didn’t help that we’d been at the hotel bar until 23:00 the night before, either. Home office remote work today, all day, made for tiring day in paradise.
So although I was tired I did work most of the day on the computer. I did end the workday early with happy hour at the Soco House resort bar and our group meandered off to the beach for sunset and perhaps a brief view of the “Green Flash”. Although the sunset was impressive, there was no little burst of green to be seen as the sun sunk below the horizon.
