I’m a coffee addict, I admit it. The day doesn’t begin to get started for me without a fresh cup of brew. I had an eye-opening experience a couple of years back when sailing from the USA to the Caribbean in bad weather. After 3 days I had my first ever migraine/headache that I couldn’t explain; then the weather settled, and I made a coffee and within minutes my headache was but a memory!
