There’s no “normal” way to get here. Only when an attempt is made to reach certain pages do I redirect them here. At some point in time I’ll just further redirect them elsewhere, but for the moment I’ll keep this page.

I normally would have performed some sort of a Turing test to check for a human visitor, but with the advent of such programs as ChatGPT that approach probably wouldn’t work anymore.

I’m amazed at how automated vulnerability scans this site gets on a daily basis, hence this honeypot. Some of the checks are quite odd, until I use Google to determine that at some point in the past that page evidenced a security flaw or vulnerability and bots are still looking for sites. Some of those flaws were fixed over 10 years ago – I wonder how many sites really still have that old software.
