2015 Trip 2015-02-19

Rocking B had convinced me to join them on a dive with the Sunchaser Scuba team in the morning and I had charged up my camera the night before and was at the docks in the wee hours of the morning (07:45). We had a full crew aboard and headed out to the dive site at Cooper Island, with a short stop in Spanish Town to pick up guests. Our dive master was Sean, the only local (Belonger) dive master in the islands and we had two very nice dives, although we saw a lot more of the flora than we did the fauna. My flash wasn’t triggering correctly and thus my pictures didn’t turn out very well. It still beats a day at the office!

The combination of early rise, little coffee and two dives left me listless when I returned to the boat and all I managed to do for the rest of the day was to change my anchoring spot on Prickly Pear to a position around the corner and much close to Saba Rock and their free Wi-Fi connection, which I am using right now to post these blog entries. After re-anchoring and puttering about the boat I went to say “Hi” to the crew at Saba Rock and later returned to the boat for some BBQ spicy Chorizo with rice and an early sleep.

My old hosting company, who will remain unnamed although their name starts with “go” and the end rhymes with “baddy”, changed their software with little notice and the original SV-ZANSHIN.COM site stopped working overnight.

Every.  Single.  Page.

So I’ve transitioned to another provider. These original pages have been migrated, but all the formatting and other features are gone and the will still contain numerous display issues and formatting anomalies.

The manual effort of conversion is too much and not worth the effort involved. Over 1000 blog diary pages like this one are going to remain in this condition. The pictures are full-scale, but won’t expand when clicked. But you can can copy them to view them in their original splendour.
