Although Cane Garden Bay is a great anchorage much of the time, a north swell (which makes CGB rolly at best) was predicted for this afternoon and I chose discretion over valour and retreated to Diamond Cay on Jost van Dyke after my day of work. I anchored off my new favorite beach bar and went ashore for a cold beverage at happy hour. They offer a free beer if you can flip the cap into a jar at the far end of the bar and although I’d done well in the past with my first throw I had no luck this time around. Of course, I never expect to hit anything after the first beer.

My old hosting company, who will remain unnamed although their name starts with “go” and the end rhymes with “baddy”, changed their software with little notice and the original SV-ZANSHIN.COM site stopped working overnight.

So I’ve transitioned to another provider. These original pages have been migrated, but all the formatting and other features are gone and the will still contain numerous display issues and formatting anomalies.
The manual effort of conversion is too much and not worth the effort involved. Over 1000 blog diary pages like this one are going to remain in this condition. The pictures are full-scale, but won’t expand when clicked. But you can can copy them to view them in their original splendour.
