Morning
Due to the problems and delays at the boatyard, I had intended on working today and taking days off next week. This didn’t work out, as the internet was down until about 1PM. But I did get some local computer work done and read my book for a bit as well.
Rather than head off to town by mare’s shank and then bus over to Tyrell, I arranged my rental car pickup for tomorrow and remained atop the hill for the remainder of the day.
Evening
I was invited up to the main house by the cottage owners for sundowners and enjoyed the conversations with them and the other guests they had invited over. After the sun set and I’d used my flashlight to navigate back to the cottage I made a small repast before finishing my book.
