In typical vacation style, the morning was spent lazing away – a swim or two, some coffee and a fried-egg breakfast and once we were ready to head ashore it was almost noon. Which, in retrospect, was a bit of a mistake since we attacked the long climb up Le Chameau during the hottest period of the day and we made it about 2/3 of the way up before deciding to call it a day and return whence we came. It was a pleasant trip nonetheless and we returned to the boat after our 2 hour trip and spent the rest of the day swimming and doing very little aboard the boat.
We watched some boats attempt to anchor and pick up mooring balls for a bit before thawing out Merguez sausages and combining the with potatoes for a hearty dinner.
