Day one after the Regatta marked the beginning of cleanup actions. The water shuttle dinghies were already being decommissioned and someone else had returned the powerboats to the French side dealer. Mark and I returned the committee boat catamaran to Moorings/Sunsail at Oyster Pond and although the waves and wind were up a bit the channel entrance was a piece of cake and the only problem we had was waiting for the cab to leave, it was supposed to go “immediately” but that meant 30-40 minutes.
I did some shopping at Carrefour to provision the boat for the trip back to the BVI and successfully procrastinated beginning my repair job on the forward head again.
For dinner the four of us went into Marigot by dinghy for a fantastic meal inside the marina.
