I didn’t do much at all today, at first I thought about leaving for the BVI but then checked the weather and the winds were strong but were going to settle the next day, so I postponed leaving and work aboard for much of the day. In the after I headed ashore to walk the main drag of Grand Case and do a bit of shopping; but in this sleepy village the few stores (run by Chinese with dark narrow aisles packed with all sorts of goods) were closed already or were perhaps still closed for lunch in the mid-afternoon so I went back to the boat empty-handed.
I had dinner ashore that was tasty, but then headed back to the boat early as I was inexplicably tired and read for a while on deck before retiring for the night.
