Unlike the previous day, I was up very early at 07:00 (due to a dinghy wake hitting the hull and making a loud slapping noise) and opted for the breakfast at La Sucrière so that I could connect to the internet and finally load my Kindle® with some free books.
Back on board I attacked the task of getting the Bauer dive compressor to start up without blowing out the Victron inverter/charger. It turned out that the DIP-Switch settings were inappropriate and set to only allow 11A instead of the 40-50 that the system could actually deliver and once I had that set up correctly the dive compressor ran without any problems at all.
Just as I’d finished up putting the boat back together Heinz-Dieter and Hafida came by to say hello and check out the new boat.
