Winter 2011-2012 Trip 2012-01-13

Although it was a Friday the 13th, the day turned out very nice indeed. We sailed to Great Dog Island and dove the “Coral Gardens” dive site. Unfortunately it was a bit boisterous so Nat decided to wait this dive out, but Rob and I had a splendid dive. I’d been there before but was a bit apprehensive about finding the sunken air plane hull, but in the end it was a piece of cake and easy to locate. After the dive the wind really picked up so we motored to Trellis Bay for a quick walk ashore and great dinner and entertainment at “The Last Resort” and the singing chef – all of us had a bit of a hangover the next day…

My old hosting company, who will remain unnamed although their name starts with “go” and the end rhymes with “baddy”, changed their software with little notice and the original SV-ZANSHIN.COM site stopped working overnight.

So I’ve transitioned to another provider. These original pages have been migrated, but all the formatting and other features are gone and the will still contain numerous display issues and formatting anomalies. 

The manual effort of conversion is too much and not worth the effort involved. Over 1000 blog diary pages like this one are going to remain in this condition. The pictures are full-scale, but won’t expand when clicked. But you can can copy them to view them in their original splendour.
