I’m not only waiting for parts, but I’m also waiting for Budget Marine to actually order said parts. Even though it took me only an hour to contact the manufacturer and get information, it seems that Budget has problems doing so, despite being a distributor and me being an end-user. Unfortunately, although Max Power would ship to me, they needed a B2B account, which takes 2-3 weeks to set up.
So, I waited all day, and once the Europeans were safely at home after their business day, Budget said they were trying to get a shipping number! I’ve got a shop in the yard, building a blank for the hole in the hull so that I can finally get in the water – I’ve given up hope of Budget ever telling me the truth or actually delivering on their promises.

For dinner I joined Jay and Mike at Al Porto for a tasty pizza meal.
