2026-03-07 On the Hardstand

Today I worked aboard Zanshin on the hardstand. It was hot aboard, and I couldn’t air out the boat because of frequent rain showers. I’d had solar panels charging the battery banks and 2 of 3 bilge pumps turned on, but somehow those sensors hadn’t worked, and there was water in the bilge that I had to evacuate with the manual bilge pump. That took a bit of time.
