Morning
After a somewhat sleepless night at anchor, I awoke and began my work on the computer. A couple of conference calls and work sessions later the workday ended for me, and I could begin with spending my income.
Shopping

I still have the rental car and extended the contract for one additional day. The first loop around the lagoon saw me shopping at Electec for a 24V to 12V DC charger and smaller items, then to Napa Auto Parts (unsuccessful there), Ace Hardware and finally to Prime Cash & Carry store for some bulk provisioning. That filled my trunk and I’d also purchased some refrigerated items that needed to get into my fridge as quickly as possible, so I returned to the SMYC where I’d left my dinghy and transferred my acquisitions from the car to the dinghy.

The second trip was more expensive, as I went to Carrefour and got more canned goods plus a lot of meat and that really took a bite out of my credit card limit! I parked at the police station/immigration and then walked to pick up my dinghy from the SMYC and bring it around. After loading it all into the dinghy I waited a few minutes for the Megayacht Calex to come through on a special private bridge opening.
Evening

While the day’s purchases were cooling down in the fridge and freezer, I returned ashore to the Soggy Dollar for a cold celebratory drink before returning to Zanshin.
