After a long sleep in we started the day, after the ladies had a swim, by going ashore for a walk along the cliffside path from Colombier to the eastern shore. I knew that there would be some photo opportunities along the way so planned roughly an hour due to frequent stops but after an hour we’d barely made it to the halfway point but our cameras were still merrily clicking away.
After making it back to the boat we prepared to dive but Desi’s wetsuit had gone AWOL; either it had blown overboard or the dive crew had taken it with them the day before; we don’t know yet as we have no internet connectivity and she ended up using my suit which was far too big.
As a reward for the hiking and diving we had a fine dinner of Elsässischer Flammkuchen to end the day.
